​Dear Robbinsdale Middle School Families; We hope this message finds you well. Due to a power outage affecting part of the building, we are busing Robbinsdale Middle School students to New Hope Church (4225 Gettysburg Ave. N., New Hope, on the northeast corner of Highway 169 and County Road 9), at 11 a.m. via First Student buses. Our students are safe. Space is available at New Hope Church, and modified instruction will occur. Students will also be fed. Robbinsdale Middle School students will be sent home via buses at the usual dismissal time this afternoon. We plan to bring students who walk home back to RMS via bus at the usual dismissal time. If parents wish to pick their students up, they may do so at at New Hope Church. Parents or guardians must present photo identification to pick up their students. Crews from Xcel Energy are working to restore power at RMS, and no injuries have been reported in connection with this power outage.
