In today's world of lightning-speed technology, we know how important it is for our families and communities to get the information they need quickly and efficiently.  We've made great strides in redesigning the district website in order for you to get the information you need, when you need it.  We have hundreds of web pages, but want you to be able to find what you need as quickly as possible, so have tailored navigation to different audiences.

Top Navigation Buttons:

• Five navigation buttons at the top of the page:  Parents, New Families, Community, Staff, and Students (see below)

• Information on each page is tailored to a specific audience.  Are you the parent of a child in our district?  Click on "Parents".  Looking to join our family, or have an incoming kindergartner?  Click on "New Families".  Are you an alumni or broad community member?  Click on "Community".  
  
• No drop-down menus; instead is a landing page for each where you'll find information and links to other pages you need
• Links to district e-newsletter, Facebook and Twitter pages, and our RSS feed

Main Horizontal Menu Features:

• Includes six tabs that make up the soul of our district:  About RAS, Schools, Academic Services, Community Education, Departments, District News, and Calendar
• Contains information about our district, our school board and administration, the academic programs and services we offer, as well as all of our district departments and Community Education 
• All landing pages have contact information for each department, eliminating the need to search for it

Left-Hand Navigation Features:

• Contains information needed quickly, such as Student Meal Accounts and School Finder
• No fly-out menus; instead is a landing page for each where you'll find information and links you'll need

You will still find great current news about Robbinsdale Area Schools on the district landing page, as well as upcoming events.  We are committed to exemplary customer service for every member of our family, including students, staff, families and our community.  If you can't find something you need, please contact us using the link on the right of every page.  We'll make sure you find what you need.  And don't forget to join our Facebook, Twitter and You Tube communities, too, for up-to-date information sent directly to you!
