21-22 Chromebook Collection Information

This year 6th and 7th-grade students will be keeping their Chromebooks over the summer. Because they are keeping their Chromebooks over the summer, the Media Center staff will be checking their Chromebooks on the following days:

• 6th Grade - Tuesday, May 31st and Wednesday, June 1st
• 7th Grade - Thursday, June 2nd, and Friday, June 3rd

Please make sure that your student brings their Chromebook to school so it can be inspected! Additionally, if your 6th or 7th-grade student has a hotspot, please make sure they bring it to school on these days so it can be returned as well.

If your 6th or 7th-grade student is NOT returning to RMS, please make sure this is communicated to the front office so they can inform the Media Center staff.

8th-grade students will be returning their Chromebook, charger, case, and hotspots! If your 8th-grade student needs to keep their items over the summer because they are doing an online program, please reach out to the Media Center staff right away! Also, if they are doing summer school, they will not need a Chromebook because they will be provided. The following days for their collection days are:

• 8th Grade - Monday, June 6th and Tuesday, June 7th

Over the summer, there will be limited technical support, so please make sure your student has their password, etc before the last day of school.
