The College 4 Kids 2-week Summer Program is a tuition-free program for 2019-2020 incoming 6th through 8th grade students in the Robbinsdale Area School District. The program will run from June 17th – June 27th Monday - Thursday.

College 4 Kids aims to acquaint middle school students with various career pathways. Students will be introduced to STEM career fields and clusters. They will also learn about the college admission process all while immersed on the college campus with instructors. College 4 Kids will offer small class sizes with two 40-minute student-centered breakout sessions Monday - Thursday.

Biology ● Graphic Arts I ● Graphic Arts II ● Architectural Technology ● Career Inventory
Photography ● Entrepreneurship ● Computer Science ● College Tour ● Health Careers

Students will be transported from Armstrong High School to program location.
Students need to arrive at Armstrong High School no earlier than 8:30 a.m. and no later than 8:45 a.m.
We will return to Armstrong High School by 11:45 a.m. All students need to be picked up by 12:00 p.m.

Week 1: Minneapolis Community and Technical College (MCTC) Week 2: Hennepin Technical College (HTC)
9:00 a.m. – Depart Armstrong HS
9:30 – 9:50 a.m. – Orientation/Announcements
10:00 – 10:40 a.m. – First session
10:45 – 11:25 a.m. – Second session
11:30 – Depart Campus
